Unwilling to help I have submitted multiple requests to have my apartment assessed for mold after the water heater burst. I’ve emailed the management team and have yet to hear back from anyone.

Still Love It Here! From 2017 to the present, I have had no regrets for living here. The unit is perfectly suited for my needs. The staff is attentive and very pleasant to interact with. I have zero complaints.

Love our new home

Very happy with our new apartment at Ascent at Farmington Hills! Ptosha Walker and all the staff there have done an amazing job at helping us get moved in and settled. Maintenance was quick at helping with anything we needed.
