I have enjoyed living here.
No apartment is perfect but management has done a great job at curbing any issues that come to light. Usually, these are things that aren't fully in control of management like weed smoking and noise. Weed is against our lease (one reason I specifically signed here) and they have done a great job of trying to curb the issue in the building. Does it still happen? Yes, but it is one of those things they really need to catch them doing it to have any repercussions so I do understand. Dane has... specifically been very helpful with this and all questions I have.
The actual apartment is nice. Some of the appliances could be older in your apartment but once they die they will replace with a new model. Maintenance is great, friendly, and usually very quick. They will communicate with you if they are waiting on a part and are dog people which is great for me since I have a dog.
They have a beautiful dog park - though I wish they didn't spray pesticides in the dog park like they do the rest of the complex. I understand they are trying to maintain healthy grass and no weeds or invasive species but it makes it hard to take my dog really anywhere for 24-48 hours on property when the one place that is supposed to be dedicated to him is also sprayed. This is usually only 2-3 times per year so it isn't the worst thing just a note.
For the price I am paying for a 2bd2bth apartment it is nice. Sure it seems expensive but in comparison to other places I know of it is a decent deal.
