do not consider

when we moved into this apartment we started off paying 600 dollars and understandable when the bathroom is wack, blinds keep coming off by little air, sometimes no water, or no hot water. then when the new makers came in they increased to almost a thousand dollars. we asked for repairs on items but they never showed up due to their negligence. the lock of the door was broken, the sink was leaking and when we moved they charged a stupid amount of money for something they were supposed to fix and... had nothing to do with us

Riverbend is a small quiet apartment complex that where I enjoyed living. Just moved here 3 months ago and would recommend it to anyone looking for peace and quiet
