How Is This Rating Determined?

Roaches/Bad Neighbors/Not Clean

You get what you pay for. This is a low end apartment and the price reflects that. Bed bugs and roaches are present in some if not all of the buildings. Hallways are not well kept and the laundry was broken for a long time. Neighbors smoking weed all the time and the smell can get into other apartments. I’ve had an Amazon package stolen and I can hear fighting/disputes often. The management are usually easy to deal with but clearly aren’t doing enough. Please consider other options.

Roach infestation

Our apartment has been infested with roaches since we move in, we were not informed of this. We have had several inspections and treatments but it seems management won’t do a required full extermination. We have experienced other pest options as well. Slow on fulfilling maintenance requests.

Roach Infestation

Apartment is currently infested with roaches and has been since before we moved in. We were not informed of the infestation until a few months into our lease when we started to notice them in the kitchen area and in the bathroom. Our apartment is clean and we have had several visits by pest control and still nothing has changed....we were told the entire unit is infested. So, we are currently looking to end our lease early because of this issue and management can’t seem to do anything to help... it!!!
