Worst Apartment Experience – Avoid at All Costs
I moved into this apartment complex in July 2024, and it has been the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Upon move-in, my unit was not cleaned or prepared. The cleaning crew didn’t finish until 8:30 PM, yet the office rushed me through the process and handed me the keys at 5:30 PM. I had to move due to the military and I couldn’t be happier to get out of these apartments.
From the start, my apartment had numerous issues, including:
• A...
non-functional garbage disposal
• Standing water under the sink
• Missing light switch plates and screws
• Closet shelving without hooks
• A heavily scratched bathroom mirror
• A chipped bathtub that required reglazing
• Everything from previous tenants painted over on walls
I reported these issues to the office within three days of moving in. However, I received no response until I escalated my concerns by emailing the regional and property managers. After that, I was given verbal permission to change the locks on my door, with instructions to provide the office with a key. I handed the key to a maintenance staff member after a work order was completed, but upon move-out, the leasing office claimed they never received it.
Beyond my unit’s condition, the building itself has numerous ongoing problems:
• The trash company often picks up well past scheduled times.
• There’s no heating in the winter and no air conditioning in the summer.
• The building’s front door has been broken for months with no plans to fix it.
• The gate is frequently broken, despite repeated promises to repair it.
• Office staff turnover is so high that it’s impossible to maintain consistent communication.
Every maintenance request required multiple follow-ups to get resolved. When I asked about the scratched bathroom mirror, I was told it wouldn’t be fixed because the apartment would be renovated after I moved out.
Overall, this apartment complex has been a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone — even as a last resort.

Outrageous Application Fee $175 (Admin+App)

Wasted almost an hour of my time going through a long application to see at the end, there is a ridiculous $175 application fee. They say the $100 is administrative fee non-refundable. And $75 the actual application fee. Both are non-refundable and are due before submitting the application. If they deny it for any reason, you basically lose $175. That they will pocket even without seeing you. Apply at your own risk!

They will try to screw you

They require a 6 0 day notice to leave, So i did so with about and 2 and half month notice. When it came to my final months rent, they tell me it was never filed and are trying to get another 2 months rent out of me

Believe all the negative reviews!!

Management is terrible. Every review has been spot on and I should’ve read them all in detail before moving here. Everything they said has happened. Will never recommend to anyone. Run from this place!

Don’t move here

Save yourself the headache and don’t even waste your time with this place. Terrible management. Very unprofessional. My apartment was filthy on my move in day. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy!
