No Pet Rent Is The Only Perk
Maintenance doesn't ever respond, we've been waiting nearly a month for our current issue. Asked them to clean or replace air conditioner due to being full of dust, hasn't been done. Also an old model so EXPENSIVE to run, probably why they don't cover it. Children are nearly completely unsupervised and noisy. The outdoor pool is dirty and indoor closed for maintenance often but no Adult hours, so it's constantly full of kids. I don't know how they advertise a tennis court if it's always locked.... Neighbors smoke pot so the hallway reeks of it. How did they take care of that issue? By installing air fresheners in the hallway instead of dealing with the people. Have washer/dryers but can only do laundry week days as they're constantly full on weekends. Imagine 4 washers and 3 dryers for a building full of people and see how well that works. Water damage to the back of our sink since we've moved in. No longer calls renters to notify if you have a package in the main office. No cameras, so if your car gets vandalized have fun. Also no camera in the main entrance of any building so if a group of kids goes down there at 2 am and hits ever call button a few days a week they can't do anything about it. Overall if you decide to move here, make sure you don't mind dealing with lazy management and maintenance. Or talk to Amanda, she's competent. Also invest in a good plunger, you'll need it nearly daily.
The park next door is nice though. The city keeps that in pretty good shape, except the pond is drainage so it's not exactly great fishing, people do try though.
