Love it here!

I have signed 2 leases with The Covington and so glad to be here. The staff is amazing and so helpful with anything I need help with. Great amenities for both warm and cold months and events that make living here even better.

I love living at The Covington

I moved here in August and from the first time I set foot into the office I could feel a big sense of community here. The rental fees are fair compared to what is currently available to people in the twin cities area. The location is excellent and there are a few lakes and nature reserve places near by. My one bedroom apartment’s layout is awesome. I have no complaints regarding noises. The outdoor pool is one my favorite spots here at the Covington. The gym is excellent. I had a personal... experience with the office staff and they were unbelievably supportive. So far I have been to two social events and it was very fun. I would definitely recommend the Covington for the place to call home.

Great Living Space!

My boyfriend and I love The Covington! We lived here in 2016 and left because we moved across the country. We came back to Minnesota and the staff at The Covington welcomed us with open arms! We've been here since February and it's truly the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Somehow the noise within the apartments is minimal except from above, there are a lot of amenities, and the staff is absolutely wonderful! Every single person that works here goes above and beyond to get to know you... personally and make sure you are comfortable and happy. You always get fun conversation and you never have to ask them twice for anything! I love going down to visit with them... plus they have amazing cookies that are just the cherry on top of good company. ;) The complex also offers free massages (AMAZING), free yoga classes, and has a pool and 24 hour gym. Honestly from the staff, to the building maintenance/cleanliness, to the location of the complex, this place makes you wonder why people even want to own their own homes. Check them out! You will NOT regret it.
