LOVE IT HERE!!!

If you need a place to live, Auburn is a great choice! I've lived here for 4 years and have not had ONE bad experience. The office managers are amazing and if you have any questions or concerns they get it done asap, maintenance is quick and responsive, and it's quiet with respectful neighbors. The area is hard to beat. It was never hard finding roommates because this place is such a gem! I recommend this place to anyone.

Sweetness at its peak!

Being stayed there for a few years i end up in moving to another place which evidence that - Nah! this place is not the right one! I am finally posting my review. Credit goes to management!!
Beware of Sweets & Sugar!
School - Low ratings, Community - Distressful, Management - Annoying - for anything / any request - you have a charge which is heavy. "if they do something for you they have to do for all" - is the favorite statement.

For move out - Despite your home is odor less, they charge...
you for back for this. Security Deposit - Oh! forget about it- Ask them how many got the return security deposit & of course, you don't pay then collection agencies will chase you.
During snow days- Always has the excuse of lack of labor because after all everyone is human.

In Short - Stay Away unless you are already isolated !

Property Manager at Auburn Townhomes responded to this review

Management response: Auburn Townhomes, and our staff, are Fair Housing providers. We treat all residents -current and former- fairly and equally. We do not discriminate on any basis, including skin color, race, national origin, or any other protected... status. We do, however, strive to deliver townhomes to our residents, including new residents, that have been fully reconditioned and are not subjecting new tenants to lingering odors that could come from things such as; tobacco, smoke, food, cooking, incense, aroma therapy, animals, or other smells from a former tenant. We require all tenants, including the poster, to sign an Odor Reconditioning Addendum. That Addendum puts all of our tenants on notice that they will be charged for damages and costs that go beyond the standard costs we expect to incur with turnover cleaning and readying the home for the next resident. We understand this poster is upset that their household was charged, like any other household would be charged, to eliminate odors from the home and reconditioning efforts that may include additional cleaning, painting, sealing, duct cleaning, ozone treatment, etc. Whether it is someone that was a heavy smoker, burns incense all the time, animal damage, or grease/food odors; we can, and do, treat former tenants in a fair manner and pass on the costs we incur to fully remove odors and recondition the townhomes to make them rent-ready and free of lingering odors from any prior tenant household.

Disgusting management

Disgusting management that follows bad practices and rip off the tenants at the time of move out with unreasonable charges in thousands of dollars. I should have listened to others when they told me about it before move in. I paid close to 3 grand for a house I did professional cleaning on move out. The reason they gave was there was some cooking odor in the house which was unbelievable.

Love this place!

Best place to rent from hands down. They are so customer-driven. Leisa is such a sweetheart. She works so hard to make sure you are comfortable and needs are met. I LOVED living here. I had to move out due to relocation with my job otherwise I wouldn't have moved.
The homes are beautiful and you really get what you pay for. Perfect area too! Right off of Hwy 7 but still a quiet residential area.
Maintenance is hands down the best I've ever seen. They are quick, respectful and know what they are...
doing.
Highly highly recommend this place!

family and I lived at Auburn Townhomes for over 10 years.

My family and I lived at Auburn Townhomes for over 10 years. My two kids grew up in there and we have many happy memories with our neighbors and community. Park Avenue of Wayzata oversees the maintenance at Auburn and have always been top-notch when it came to any needed repairs we had. The staff in the rental office were friendly and knowledgeable each time we interacted. We highly recommend this property and neighborhood!
