Lakehaus is a gem of a building, from the timeless and relaxed aesthetic, the ultimate location, the staff, the cleanliness, the vibe, the events, and the friendly residents. Being in the industry I have seen many luxury multi family buildings and this one is top notch in all of the categories across the board.

Living at Lakehaus Minneapolis offers a unique experience unlike any other multifamily apartment building. The exceptional design and high-quality construction are complemented by a plethora of amenities, including:

- A rooftop sauna with a large picture window overlooking the lake and downtown Minneapolis
- A 24/7/365 rooftop hot tub
- An 8th-floor outdoor pool
- Two fitness centers
- Multiple grills and fire pits
- A commercial-grade kitchen in the expansive rooftop community room.

- Two coffee bars and an office center

Lakehaus Mpls is like living at a Four Seasons Hotel. The amenities and common areas are extraordinary, the design is beautiful, the construction quality is unmatched and the entire Greystar Team does a great job at what they do. I highly recommend Lakehaus!
