smells like smoke, dirty
I went in for a tour. The building smells bad, the halls smell of cigarette smoke, no real valuable amenities and way over priced for what they offer.

Everything is Good and stainless steel appliances and Nice dryer and washer. I've lived here for 2years and it is absolutely amazing I recommend anyone who works at the hospital to live here and very close to work and Everything including uptown and Downtown Minneapolis.

This is seriously one of the best apartments I have rented at. I love the apartments. Resonable prices, the application process was so easy and they walk you through it especially if you have no idea what you are doing if you are a first time renter. Also, Kelly, who is the property manager I believe, is the BEST. She will take care of anything truly. Weekly emails sent out to see if anything needs maintence and if so, they always get to it ASAP. Great place to live. As well as it being really... close to uptown and downtown Minneapolis!

I have been a resident here for almost three years and while the area has a little bit of a shady reputation I have had zero issues. Yes I wouldn’t go out for a run by myself at night like I previously did when I lived in the suburbs but that is true with pretty much any part of the city.
The units themselves are absolutely beautiful, modern and spacious and each unit has central air, stainless steel appliances and a full size washer and dryer. There is also an option of secured underground... parking or an outdoor lot. They recently remodeled and added a trendy community room and gym with new equipment which has been an add on that I personally have loved. Did I mention that because the property is not right in the city you get all of this for a good chunk less than you would get moving a couple miles closer towards Downtown or Uptown?? (Which by the way it is less than a $10 Lyft to both locations if you enjoy nightlife.)
The only complaint that I really have about this property is there is not enough parking, guests are not allowed to park in the lot because there simply isn’t room. However if you are okay with having your guest park in nearby street parking this also will not be an issue.
Over all I would give Minneapolis Grand Apartments two thumbs up!!
