Great management.

Very affordable. Friendly staff. I’ve lived in two different buildings with Stevens. There are different types of units so I would definitely look into Stevens for a showing because 1) the photos don’t do justice for the other apartments they don’t have photos for and 2) they seem to be renovating more!
Also, I really enjoy the staff. They’re attentive/quick to help and they’re always nice.

Beautiful Character

If you are looking for an apartment with hardwood floors and historic character with affordable prices Stevens is the best option for you. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Ask for Amy or Emily when touring they are both great!

Stevens Community Apartments

I would suggest renting from Stevens Community Apartments to anyone who is looking for a first place of their own or to someone looking for an affordable place close to a lot of attractions!

Stevens Community Apartments has been a really great first place to have on my own! Moving from Iowa, they were really helpful with the whole application, leasing, and moving in process! The rent is reasonable and the location is close to a lot of entertaining things. The maintenance is in the bottom of my...
building and everyone who works in that department is so kind. They are also very quick to respond to any problems I have had, are efficient, and do not leave behind a mess.

The neighborhood consists of a lot of apartment buildings making it a pretty busy area, and if you do not pay for a parking spot, off street parking is the other option.
It can sometimes be hard finding a spot and I have to drive around the block a few times but I have never parked too far away.

Moving from a quiet neighborhood I wasn't used to having the noise of a city and a lot of neighbors, and it hasn't been bad or distracting but you do hear noise from the park that is right outside the building and just outdoor life.

Hope this is helpful to anyone who may read it!
