Good area near to the city and work places

Quick Maintenance

Maintenance has always been helpful and quick! I moved in when the team was rebuilding so it took a couple days (as expected given the circumstances) before they got to my maintenance request but the day they started they finished everything. And just last month I put in a request, went out for some errands and when I got back it was done, within hours they filled my request! Also, sending in a request with the app simplifies the entire process and communication.

Maintenance needs constantly ignored

If I could give this a zero I would. I have lived here too long and they have never completely fixed any of my maintenance requests. My stove has not worked properly since move in and they claim they fix it with each request, only to turn out that they didn’t even attempt to fix it.
They will say maintenance requests are complete before even stepping foot in the apartment.
When called, they are extremely lacking in the care department. They don’t care and they just give you the run of the mill... excuses.
This place is too expensive for the little you get. Laundry room is disgusting.

Move in special is a value but then they jack up the rent at renewal time so then it's way over-priced.
