I've had better...
This has been a rollercoaster in the past year, but let me hit the positives first. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Many utilities are included such as Water, Sewage, Trash, and Internet (Buy your own router for better speed). The units are open and have washer/dryer, along with decent appliances. Okay - so those were the good things.
Now for the bad. There is no central HVAC, rather it is baseboard and window AC’s. The rooms get very stuffy in the summer months without fans. There are no... garbage disposals even though the wiring is there to support it. Garage spaces don’t feature any proper means to secure belongings. Noise between floors (Including the garage) is bad. Speaking of noise the washer is very noisy. No keyless entry other than the main entrance and garage door opener. Cheap vinyl flooring other than the bedrooms and living room. Lastly, 60 days is a bit extreme for notice to move out. Most places I’ve been require 30.
As for some minor details, the bathroom fan and lights are tied together so you can’t run one or the other. The range hood does not vent out of the unit, it just “filters’ and throws it back. And finally, the use of daylight bulbs rather than soft or bright white is yuck but that’s a personal preference.
If you are looking for public transit options, look elsewhere. Mostly a Rochester thing but still…

In the apartment showing and move-in stages, our leasing team is diligent in their walkthrough of the unit, so all residents are familiar and comfortable with the features of the apartment (such as flooring, A/C units, keyed and keyless entry, light fixtures, and garage spaces).
