Excellence at The Vista

The Vista is a beautiful place to call home. The office and maintenance team are The Best! Kim and team are kind, caring, accommodating and efficient. The outside environment is neat, clean and maintained in every way. We love living at The Vista of South Broadway .

Great Place to Live

I really love living at The Vista! It's really clean and my apartment was beautiful when I moved in. They even left me a bag of goodies as a gift. :) My cat likes the balcony and the large windows. The management team is just amazing to work with; the ladies in the office have been so kind and communication has great. I just know it'll get better from here. :)

Wonderful home!!

I’ve lived here since May and I’ve really enjoyed living at The Vista! Kim and Amy have been really great in the office and the maintenance guys are prompt and do a great job. The apartments are really nice and updated, and I have an attached garage which is really nice in the Winter. I also have a dog park right by my apartment for my bundle of energy that is my dog . I would definitely recommend the Vista to anyone moving to Rochester!

customer service is horrible

Lived here for two years and just recently moved out in the summer. First off the apartments are subpar if best, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. Second, my grandparents came to visit me while I was having surgery and they brought their dog to with them when they were checking on my pet. I of course being on pain killers didn’t realize it. Got a letter not one day later basically threatening I had violated my lease. What were they supposed to do, leave it... in the car? Third, having a gate that barely works in the summer much less the winter defeats the purpose of being a secure community. Having days where trashed is missed pickup, and the poor upkeep of the grass and greenery is just another issue as well. For what the rent is, the standards should be higher.

I'm very excited to say that our gate is in good working... order, though I know we had challenges when construction finished 2 years ago. I'm sad that experience was difficult during the beginning of your stay, but I'm happy that it has now been corrected. We love having a wonderfully manicured lawn and shrubbery and would love to connect directly with any specific areas you may have felt didn't meet our standards. We want to address this immediately.
