I definitely won’t be renewing my lease here. Utilities are wayyy over priced. Trash isn’t a flat fee and you have to pay for other people’s extra trash and furniture they leave. The trash alone can be up to $70 sometimes despite I ever only have to throw about 2-3 trash bags a month. They don’t check if dogs are aggressive before moving in and yesterday my dog was attacked while we were on our way outside. :( Management isn’t great and it’s dirty throughout the complex with literal dog poop in... the carpets that go up the stairs (besides the leasing office area they make sure that’s nice and clean)

I’ve been living here a year and I haven’t had one complaint at all. Maintenance gets things done right away and the office have been accommodating and helpful. I’ve had a positive experience.

Good luck unless you rent from the top floor

My upstairs neighbor walks with cement feet and the floor boards are shot so it causes so much noise. Constant creaking and constant stomping which means for a constant headache. I wear headphones almost constantly to try and drown it out. Wish they would address the bigger issues at this apartment. Spend your money to enjoy your rent elsewhere.

Love the location. The roaches are not fun though. Hate I have to leave because of other nasty people. Without the roaches, it’s a cool place to live! Come with some Raid.

This place is falling apart and so run down. All the money that was put into the lobby, pool, gym, package rooms and the offices should have been put towards repairs and upgrades in our units. The place smells so bad. They ignore all of your concerns. The elevators are dirty and old. The halls have trash. The trash rooms are filled with people’s garbage. The staff prioritizes Halloween decorating contests but also can’t get back to us with real issues. I just feel like this place... prioritizes the wrong stuff. They are always having plumbing issues. They are always turning the water on or off. Move in was a mess. The yard areas are flooded all the time. Nothing about our units are luxury like they claim. It’s the complete opposite and it’s a run down mess.
