Living at Irvine Exchange has been an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—everything I need is just a short walk or drive away, from great restaurants and shopping to parks and entertainment. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts I could ask for.

Irvine Exchange is a well maintained community that is located in an area with access to events, walking/exercise trails, and downtown Saint Paul while being located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

I recently toured Irvine Exchange, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, making the entire experience seamless. The amenities are top-notch--beautiful pool, modern fitness center, and well-designed common areas.
The apartments themselves are spacious and plenty of natural light. The location is also a huge plus!

We have stayed at several places in area and The Irvine is close to everything, with great eminities. Love the heated garage!
