Was not good for me
I do not recommend this place. While the highway is close with easy access, the road noise is extremely loud. The A/C noise is also loud throughout the year. Especially on the higher floors, you will hear a humming sound all year long. The parking gate often malfunctions, and I have been unable to go out on few occasions because of it. There is a huge leak on garage floor, which makes garage very uncomfortable.
While most staffs are kind, some staff members, in particular, are extremely... unfriendly. When I asked a staff to address the issue of the downstairs neighbor playing the TV loudly all night, the staff only replied, "I will." But there was no change afterward. It was really killing me because the neighbor was playing the TV loudly every day that I cannot get asleep. When I asked multiple times for more than just a response of ‘I will’, I requested that they actually speak to the downstairs neighbor and ‘then’ let me know what steps had been taken. However, I only ever received the same response: "I will talk to the unit". I was never informed of what the staff said to the neighbor or how the neighbor responded. Honestly, if they had spoken to the unit after several requests, they could have told me how did it go, right?
After moving out, additional fees that were not in the contract were charged. When I sent them the contract file, pointing out that such fees were not in the contract, they claimed I had to pay based on an 'addendum' that I had never received. I don't understand why they only provided us with the main contract and not the addendum.
Additionally, I sold my car during my stay. I informed them in advance of the sale and asked for a refund of the parking fees after the car was sold. The staff said, "I can work on that," but after I moved out, the person asked if I had any evidence of that conversation or written proof, and refused to refund me. Despite me mentioning it at least three times and receiving a verbal promise on the day I moved out, they say, "Do you have proof in writing?" I was speechless.
