No elevator access in new buildings; Units are not easily located by Delivery/Mail carriers
The actual property features are nice. The major problem here is that the new buildings do not have have elevators, which is a nightmare when moving because you have to carry furniture up three flights of stairs to get to the third floor. This is impossibly difficult if you have heavy property without any person to assist you when an elevator would have made moving in very seamless and easy. Not having elevator access is also a MAJOR safety hazard. Elderly or handicapped people are not... able to climb three flights of stairs. Building is not wheelchair accessible. When someone falls or slips and injures themselves carrying heavy property, a lawsuit would be easily justifiable. The buildings do not have apartment units labelled on the outside, which makes receiving your mail packages a nightmare. FedEx drops your packages at random buildings, so you have to go hunting searching all around random buildings to hopefully find the package. This is a persistent problem that can easily be fixed with labelling the outside of the building with unit numbers (i.e. #212-214 etc) to make it easier for visitors and delivery drivers to find your location. I can easily label the building myself if they want us to, it's an easy problem to fix but it seems like the property owners did not take much thought into designing the buildings for easy accessibility. I would move out of this building if I hadn't signed a lease and starting a new job soon. I have never known a luxury apartment to lack such basic provisions. It is not a prison complex for pete's sake! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.
