The Avery Apartment Homes

I recently visited the properties with Erica Flood, and the convenient location was top notch. You have the ability to be in downtown Farmington or up town in just a few minutes. And still have the luxury of feeling like you are in the country with all the farm land around you. I viewed the apartments, and they are beautiful! The kitchens are updated and look great. I also loved that we were just steps away from the pool and indoor gym. They also have an area that you can rent for parties under... a pavilion. I worked with chenoa to get my fiancé and I in a new apartment not too long ago and she made it super simple and easy for the both of us! I would highly recommend at least taking your chances to see what this place is all about!!!

I'm recently new to The Avery and I chose to live here because when viewing different apartments in Farmington, this was the cleanest. The staff in the office were very helpful when I was going through the application process, and while I've only had to have two maintenance orders put in, they were handled pretty fast.

You can never park near your apartment because people have two or three cars per house . The only way to fix it is to have one designated parking spot corresponding to the apartment. Everything els park in a designated extra vehicle area

I have been calling and messaging for weeks to check out this place. It looks great on the website, but no one has responded to any of my calls or emails or web contact forms. Disappointing. I feel like it is not "real."
