DONT BE FOOLED
We thought we were getting a great deal for a townhome but that wasn't the case. I have had more problems in the 4 months I have lived here then any other home I've ever been in. No water heater for 10 days, roof leaking causing wall and ceiling to deteriorate producing mold< still isn't fixed.. Basement leaks, dish washer and refrigerator had to be replaced. Maintenance is a complete joke here. Let's not forget about the kids vandalizing property. There's no clubhouse and the pool literally... just opened end of July. This company has their priorities really messed up, they are worried about paving the streets to make it look pretty yet not caring at all about the safety of their tenants and homes. Ohhhhhh let's not forget the water bill they charge you 3 times more monthly.
