Don't do it
Have been there 6 months and the management have defused to fix problems that were present when we moved in .
1. The floor. Half the tiles are loose and slide causing trip hazard and lots if dust constantly. They have said it is because of disability scooter and can't be fixed.
A. Was like that when we moved in
B. Other tenants say they have same problem
2. Stove. The oven preheat buzzer goes off and is ot at correct temperature. 30 minutes later still not at temperature. Have to put... thermometer in oven and keep adjusting temp till it is where we need it
3. Refrigerator leaks inside. We have to put towels in to soak up the water. Dosnt happen all the time but quite often water in the crisper drawers....like an inch of water
4. The toilet shifts under you when you sit. Having a disabled person who is unstable this is unsafe.
5. It is minor but the paint job is horrible few inches of trim color up the wall in several places
This is just UNACCEPTABLE in common practice. Let me be clear, blaming a disabled persons mobility equipment for poor workmanship is just so inappropriate it nearly causes rage
When we moved in we checked the fire alarms and not only were there no batteries, because they were hard wired, but the wires had been cut
We have fixed sevel things, like the TP holders on the bathroom, that wouldn't hold a roll ot TP because they needed new screws.
This place is just COMPLETELY unacceptable
All we want is a functional safe place.
