The Courtyards at Cherry Creek Apartments

Stayed here for almost 2 years and enjoyed every second of it! The amenities were great, the manager and maintenance were always super helpful and quick to respond and the community is very quiet and peaceful.

If you’re considering staying here, it’s in a great location tucked away from the busy city traffic while also being close to everything you need to experience in Jefferson City.

I've been trying to find a place to rent that's closer to work and attempted to contact this property multiple times over the past 3 months for more information. I've sent emails and left voicemails just to be ignored. If this is how they treat potential renters then I can't even imagine what their maintenance staff must be like.

My husband and I sold our house and moved here while we decide to build or buy our next house. We chose it because the apartments are lovely and we were able to bring our pets. But now we love it here so much we just moved into a bigger apartment. It's very quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors are very friendly, with a good variety of ages. We are looking forward to playing in the pool with our grandchildren and walking on the greenway paths this summer. We would recommend it to anyone!

Cherry Creek is an absolutely beautiful, calm, and peaceful place to live. The most luxurious property in the Jefferson City area and you still get the advantage of being outside of all the hustle and bustle of the “city life”. The neighbors are sweet as pie and so are the management and owners. The pool is relaxing and I can swim when it’s COLD outside!!! All year long. Relaxation.
It’s also located right next to El Jimador! Two too many margaritas? Walk home!

I couldn’t ask for a better... community in this little town of ours. If it were possible, I would give 10 stars!!!

This property is very nice. Well maintained and the staff is very responsive and pleasant. Definitely recommend!
