We haven’t been here a full week yet, but so far so good! Marisol and Julia in the office have been beyond helpful and we had two maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and were very quickly. Carlos and the other maintenance worker (I missed his name) were very friendly and efficient. We absolutely love the location and being able to walk to the grocery store, the Plaza, 39th Street, and of course Westport. We have been eating almost every meal on our patio, we have given our dogs baths,... dipped in the pool, and next week when we are settled in (we are still unpacking), we intend to hit the gym. The extra storage has been so nice (and necessary), and we love having a garage (maybe someday we will be unpacked and can park in it LOL). It has been a rather dramatic downsize for us as new empty-nesters moving from a 3-level 7 bedroom Colonial to a 2 bedroom apartment, but we are loving it so far and can easily imagine staying here for years.
