The Hills have been nothing short of amazing! From management to maintenance, they’ve made my transition into my new home the easiest and best experience! Travis and Phil stay on top of all maintenance requests. I’ve called on weekends about maintenance issues and forgot to actually put in a request and they show up regardless first thing on Monday. Everything about this place is top tier and im blessed to call this place home

Tenant just signed for a second year

Darcy has been very helpful every time I go into the office, which isn’t much and she still knows my name as soon as I walk in. I also had a basic maintenance visit from Phill who knocked out the work quickly and he was flexible for time.

Great Place to call Home!

I've lived here going on 3yrs and I love it! I can't say enough positive and nice things about the staff. They're ALL amazing and I appreciate them! They are good with communication and maintenance is always on top of things... even when they were short staffed. The property is well maintained as they do everything to keep things nice, clean, safe and quiet. I love how it feels like a little community. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is always planning activities and fun events for... the complex! Overall, I would highly recommend living here!
