Great apt maintenance The apartment complex has done pretty good this year very high marks for maintenance but still need improvements on the garbage and recycling bins. The pool was only open a third of what it should have.

Verified Renter

Fast Service from Maintenance I requested for my lock to be repaired, because it was starting to get difficult to turn the key. I received a call from Eric in the leasing office in about 30 minutes, informing me that Maintenance was headed up to check out my lock. I was repaired within an hour of me submitting the request. My lock now functions as good as it ever has. Very thankful for the quick response time and communication!

Do Not Move Here

Zero stars if I could -
To the future residence, DO NOT live here and here's why -

A month ago, 50 cars got broken into (unfortunately we were one of the ones who got their windows smashed), we talked to to the leasing officer named Melani about the issue of having the gate broken 85% , there are no security cameras around the property to track down criminals, and most of the building light and street lights aren't working during night time. All Melani could say about our situation and...
complaint was "the gate is just there as a feature and us the apartments aren't responsible for any of your safety", instead of being sympathetic of what just happened. She was being so defensive and insensitive regarding to the issue... So tell me why us as tenants have to enter our gate code to enter the gate (when it is working), so basically the gate is just there as aesthetics? ... talk about "gated community"

So I have lived here for almost two years now and I am so excited to move out. These apartments may look nice from the outside with their beautiful trails and ponds. The apartments itself are mediocre, the walls and ceilings are THIN so you hear your upstairs, downstairs, and side neighbors all day everyday. (unless you are okay with hearing footsteps, loud music/tv, sexy time, loud thuds, dogs barking, kids banging on the wall, gun shots, talking/yelling, or people arguing from your neighbors then go ahead you're in the right place for that)

Facilities: I also lived there during Covid and they increased everyone’s rent despite not having access to any of the amenities. They had the pool and gym closed for a really long time (which why have them close since they were one of the best things to do during lockdown/Covid).

happy to move out

I lived here for a year, they switched to new owners and the experience has been less than great. The front office does not answer their phones and they raised the rent during covid-19. They are charging more but aren't opening any amenities and providing less service as they aren't always in office. Walls are super thin, they say its suppose to be a smoke free enviroment but my neighbors cig smoke literally seeps through the vents and fills our apartment. The layout makes the apartment feel... super small. we had a two bedroom and recently moved out to a 1 bedroom with less sqft and it feels way bigger than our apartment at timber lakes. Don't waste your money, they are overpriced and honestly im so glad to be out of there.

Not worth it

New management made this place terrible. Not only are the units overpriced, but the management is not responsive at all and will do anything to manipulate you out every penny possible. Can't wait to move!!!!
