the previous company was really bad. we were supposed to get hardwood floors in our bedroom but we couldn’t because there was a “crack” in the foundation. our closet isn’t even a real closet, we can’t even slide our hangers back and forth. the a/c unit is really janky with having foam around it to hide the fact we can see outside. the paint behind our door looks like a kid painted it compared to the rest of the building. maintenance is absolutely lazy to do anything, they really don’t “fix” a... lot but just find a way around the problem. our ventilation fan above the stove sounds like a rocket ship getting ready to take off. i do like the fact of having a secured entry inside but it freezes sometimes. also having a new lock and door handle is way better than the last. We took a tour of the apartments and decided to get on the waiting list. All was fine at first until the leasing agent stopped responding. My husband called to get the move in fees because we had forgotten since the tour and they do not give any paperwork with the information. Two weeks later they still have not called back. I reached out yet again to see if we’re going to have units available for our move in date and to ask about the fees AGAIN. Now they have completely stopped responding.... These units are way too small and over priced for the landlord special renovations they did. Don’t waste your time here trying to get a simple response. This place is absolutely perfect for my situation. They helped with my not so great credit. They also worked with me to accept my esa animals. It is a small place but perfect for me. The only downside was the floor was a little wonky in the kitchen but nothing major.

Good place to live and amazing , people here a nice and cool to be around and no complaints from no one , I lived in O'Fallon very expensive place to live at but this area is cheaper the st charles county

I have to give it to the maintenance people first off. They respond at a timely fashion . I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to have something broken and maintenance takes their sweet time but here at Renew on the blues these guys take what they do serious and get the job done so thank you for that! The new renovations are coming along can’t wait to see how everything is going to look once finished
