Great community! I have lived here for 2 years with no issues at all! The maintenance is extremely quick to answer any reports which is very helpful. Also big fan of the garage, it’s incredible for the winter!

I have been living at Stanford Mills Apartments for almost three years. I find it to be very noise free, which is very welcoming. The grounds are well maintained, which gives me pleasure when I do my walks. The residents are very nice and take an interest in making conversation. It gives me something to look forward to when I stepped outside. Although this summer was very hot, we were still able to chat with each other. I also like the age group variation of people who live in the community.... Maintenance and staff are very helpful, friendly and caring. They get the job done. I am looking forward to living here some more time.
