My experience is that of a strong community living in a safe and secured neighborhood. The residents are friendly just like families. The staff go far beyond all things to lend an ear and find solution to any problem quickly. Lived here for over 4 years and I'm not planning to move any time soon.

I have no complaints at the moment about the community. When ever I have a problem with something that is not working maintenance come a take care it at a reasonable amount of time.

As long as I have been in this community it is still a great place live. I've always given a 5 star rating because it was well deserved. My reasoning for the 4 star is simply because of the up keep of the property grounds. In the last several months I have noticed a lack of care for the property among residents who would rather throw their trash on the ground rather than using the dumpsters that are placed throughout the property or putting it in a trash receptable inside their units. Also,... people with animals walk their pets and will not clean up after them which is totally disgusting and disrespectful to others who do clean up after their pets. We have been without a grounds technician for a while and even so, it's so unfair to them to have to clean up other peoples dog waste. With that said, it's still a great and wonderful community to reside in. Management, office staff, and the maintenance crew are phenomenal!
