Not Worth It!!!

Low standard of living for overpriced rent. Mold in most units. Buildings are run-down. Expect your rent to increase at least $90-$120 a month on each lease renewal. As stated, NOT WORTH IT! Sewer back-ups in most bottom level units. Dog crap EVERYWHERE, so be careful where you step. Management puts in false positive reviews to keep up their satisfaction score. Just look at the ones for 2023. They look so lame! LOL Crime problems. Cops are there a lot. When you move out, expect a bill for damage... , replacement, etc.. They care about your MONEY...not you.

So helpful during the move-in process!

I was able to easily call the management office anytime I had questions or needed help completing the requirements for the apartment. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It made the process so much easier!

Highly Recommended

I moved here mid-March and I love it. The area is nice and the staff is professional. The Apts are a very decent size and is centered in a friendly community
