Such a beautiful complex to live in. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Repairs are always completed same day or next. Never have had an issue and have been living here since May.

My experience at Rockwood Springs has been great so far. Rachel and Zoey in the leasing office have been so amazing, and made the entire transition from application to move in extremely smooth and welcoming!

The snow has been a nightmare around here. The sidewalks aren’t plowed. The roads were slightly plowed and then melted. The office didn’t know who they could contact for a snow plow. When plowing the small bit they did they then blocked the covered parking so those people could not get out. Majority of the outside “street” lights are burnt out so it does not feel safe to walk around after dark. Typically it is not that bad, but the Midwest winter has really shown how terribly it has gone down... hill in this area.
