NOT as advertised!!!
I lived here for a year & the units are not “luxury” at all. They are average apartments with older average appliances, constructed very sloppily and poorly maintained. At a superficial glance online, they look cute with the hard-wood look laminate floors and the exterior aesthetic. Once you get inside you see how the cabinets have shelves that are coming loose, no door handles on the cabinets, the spaces where the granite counters meet the wall are uneven and filled in with clear caulking which... looks gross and cheap. Every one of my neighbors had issues with tons of bugs getting inside (yes yes it’s Montana - bugs are normal, but it’s not normal to have droves of mites and beetles and ants continuously coming through noticeable cracks in the walls. They refused to give me a tour of the unit before moving in. The day I moved in I noticed a severely busted baseboard, they’d completely lined the bathtub in brown semi transparent caulking (instead of white) and there was a dirty orange/yellow greasy substance all over the top part of the shower perimeter. The microwave was broken and the fridge was dirty inside (crumbs and hair). The The garage floor was caked in oil/grease and tons of dirt (no, not like a normal garage floor - they hadn’t cared to clean it at all after the last tenant). The only saving grace of this complex is their Maintenance Manager, Rick. He helps as much as he can until you decide to leave.
