Have had some issues here and management is decent - apartment itself is great. Amenities are 3/5 - gym is very small, pool is large and great.

I have just moved into this community and everything has been exceptional. From the application process, to selecting a unit, to move in - the fun and thoughtful set up the leasing office provides at move in, to getting adjusted has been everything I hoped for with this transition. Zoe in the leasing office was absolutely amazing and responsive with every need!

I absolutely love living at Sweetwater Apartments! The community has such a welcoming feel, and everything I need is within walking distance — shops, cafés, parks, and great places to relax. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, and the ladies in the office are always kind, professional, and ready to help with anything. It’s a beautiful, well-kept place that truly feels like home.

Do not face the courtyard if you prefer quiet!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful apartments, great staff and wonderful neighbors.

Also, perfect location so I am very upset over this!!!!!

However, if they have not mentioned, a food place enjoys outside music whenever they feel like it and quite loud at times until 9-9:30.

So when you tour during the day, you will not know this.

So DO not face the courtyards and hope for a nice quiet apartment facing somewhere else.

Wearing noise reducing headphones as I write and they don't always help.

More places are opening... up, hoping the issue is NOT the same.
