Very comfortable environment. Well located near highway. Short distances to Weaverville and Asheville. Occasional noise, but it's an apartment complex, so some noise should be expected. Staff is lovely, and maintenance men, especially Warren are excellent.

I’ve been at Heritage at the Peak for many years and I’m glad to still call it home. Recently, after Hurricane Helene, the staff was very helpful checking in with residents and providing necessary resources.

Overall this place has everything you could need and if not, it's close by. It's a neat pocket of convenience and the layout of buildings doesn't feel claustrophobic.
Lots of emails that had me miss a couple important updates, but that's a personal, first world problem.

I had a great time living at Heritage at the Peak. Everyone was so kind and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The amenities were easy to use and always kept in good shape.

I love living here however, there are unsightly things that are embarrassing when family/friends visit. I’ve been here over a year and the same old bicycle, with its mess of a cover, still in the bike rack. The mess from birds and collection of spider webs, covers banisters, landing guards, and balcony poles. I apologize for the negativity, but these are seen everyday.
