I have enjoyed my first few months. The people in the office are wonderful, maintenance has been very responsive and prompt, and the folks who live here are very nice, courteous and friendly.
It is a quiet complex, and my apartment overlooks some woods and a stream.
No complaints!

I have lived here at Cary Greens at Preston for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The staff and amenities are great and it is a safe and clean place to live.

Very accommodating and nice. Unfortunately was told multiple different costs incorrectly. Staff seemed to be nice and eager to sign you but once they get their commission, they no longer respond to you.
Space is nice. The apartment entrance hallways appear dark. Huge patio, the main reason we signed. Neighborhood is quiet but walls/floors/ceilings are thin. I can hear every bit of the commotion whether it’s tenants going up the stairs or my neighbor upstairs walking around. As to be expected... but I can hear full conversations as well. Wish there was more greenery. Amenities are just a pool, gym, and a club house you can rent.
