How Is This Rating Determined?

Bad service communication and maintenance management

My a/c has been out over 10 times in 2 years. My heat has gone out 3 times. They almost never come to fix things and when it is checked out sometimes it's still not fixed. Everything thing is tried to remedy problems except actually fixing the problem. It will be 3 weeks to a month before anything is actually addressed.

Read/View before signing

Just moved within the last week. I was told my appliances were being renovated and the apartment would be ready at move in. Unfortunately, I'm still missing my washer/dryer.

Customer Service staff is friendly however the maintenance issue is another story. At move in they were installing the appliances and fixtures but somehow left bathtub faucet leaking non-stop (running water not dripping).

If you end up signing a lease be prepared for setbacks, this property was newly bought and they're... still trying to figure out how to make a profit from this location without spending the necessary costs. Also, get your own wifi. Your building runs on the same network, meaning shared connection i.e. terrible quality and inconsistency.

Before signing read this for your sake.

With record high temps this summer a pool would be nice. Unfortunately the community lacks the sense of urgency. Should fixed by New Years! Just in time for the polar plunge.

Love my 2BR

I was very well treated at the office since I filled out the application, my apartment was beautiful and spacious. No problem at all and maintenance it seems that they are new but very efficient.
