My experience at Harris Pond Apartments is very quiet, peaceful, pretty probably one of the best experiences at an apartment complex. Just really can not wait until I see how it feels in the summer.

I love the location clean community well kept only take away is the apartments that aren’t renovated are a bit outdated the maintenance staff are great

Worst experience ever the moment I got my keys and walked into the apartment the floor was flooded and the carpet was soak and wet and when I went to the leasing office the worker was acting like it was no problem

I been living at Harris Pond Drive for a few years now and it has not been the best experience. They can do much better for the money paid for their residence.

Very quiet community. Apartment is beautiful with updated features. Ive had no major issues since living here outside of the gated being here.
