Terrible Management

WATERTON IS THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS AT ALL. DO NOT MOVE HERE if you plan on living here. I would rate this place a 0 if I could. You will be paying luxury apartment prices to live in apartments that are less kept up than the apartments that are in the ghetto. You are not protected and your word and experiences mean nothing to them!

Absolutely wonderful people that work at this particular complex! From maintenance to the office! Wondefully accommodating. Pool area is stunning and comfortable; great location in NoDa. Community units are a bit old and very much converted warehouse living.

Love these apartments! They have truly given me a great experience as I live in a gorgeous studio and it still feels homey. HML does feel like a standard apartment complex it feels like a community. Love it here!
