Detailed Review Of The Leo Loso
I have resided at The Leo Loso for several months, and while the experience has had its positives, there are substantial issues that overshadow the benefits
Pros:
Communicative and Approachable Staff: The office staff at The Leo Loso is consistently communicative and approachable. Especially on the weekends thanks Bria!
Cons:
Facility Door Issues: A critical concern is that all facility doors do not close adequately. This is a major security flaw and poses a risk to residents' safety. Also, on... holidays when the leasing office is closed; the office entry doors remain open, until the "operational hours" come to an end. The automatic system should match leasing office hours, even on holidays, to avoid any unwanted guess.
Emergency Exit Problems: Some emergency exit doors in the stairwells do not open properly when the unlocking mechanism is pushed. This is a severe fire hazard that needs immediate attention.
Non-Operational Amenities: Several advertised amenities, including the car wash, grills, and fire pit, are not operational. This is disappointing and diminishes the value of living here.
Pool Area Maintenance: The sink area near the pool has a wooden part that is detached from where it belongs. Additionally, the pool doors are set to be unlocked from 10am to 8pm, which is a significant safety concern as it allows unauthorized access.
Faulty Delivery System: The latch system for deliveries is non-functional, making it difficult to receive packages securely and reliably.
Inadequate Security: The security personnel smoke on the property, despite it being a non-smoking facility, and they dispose of their ashes in the parking lot. Security measures are generally subpar, leading to several break-ins. These incidents are exacerbated by the malfunctioning facility doors. Including homeless individuals breaking into several apartments, that were both occupied and unoccupied.
Unreliable Security Contact: Calling the security number provided by the leasing office connects you to various promotional offers instead of actual security assistance, which is highly frustrating and unhelpful in emergencies.
Air Conditioning Issues: The sky lounge and several floor areas do not have air conditioning. This is a serious health concern, especially when outside temperatures exceed 90 degrees and inside temperatures in the sky lounge can surpass 100 degrees.
The numerous safety & security issues at The Leo Loso significantly detract from the overall living experience.
