THE WALLS ARE SUPER THIN, ONLY LIVE ON THE 3RD FLOOR!!!

THE WALLS ARE SUPER THIN, ONLY LIVE ON THE 3RD FLOOR!!!

Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT LIVE HERE because the walls are super thin. You can hear people walk upstairs all day, listen to their conversations, and hear everytime they vacuum their floors or use their washing machine. If you put your head to the wall, you can easily hear your next door neighbors full conversations. I can hear the person who lives above me use the bathroom ( flushing toilet) snoring at night and walking around...
their apartment all day.

I knew a friend that lived in the building and they moved out, but when I went to vist their apartment in the same complex, I was shocked that it's not just me experiencing this noise problem. I really thought I was the only one until my friend complained to me that their family has been living through the thin walls and poor installation conditions in the building for almost 12 months ( I wish they would of told me this before I signed my lease).

I can't believe that they built this building so cheap. It looks beautiful from the outside, but once you sign your lease and you spend a night, you will be shocked at how thin the walls are.

They have poor security service. I talked to the one security guard that I randomly see and he told me that the apartment complex doesn't employ a full-time in house/ on property guard. He told me that has 6 other building that he also patrols. If there was an emergency which there's always noise and vandalism, it would take him 20min to get here. I called the security company to verify what the security guard told me and the manager said that it's true, the apartment complex chose not to have a full in house security guard on post all day, but rather chose the cheaper option of having one officer make a routine check every hour.

I'm now looking for another place to live... who wants to live in a building and hear your neighbors every footsteps and conversations. Who wants to hear dogs barking 6 doors down from your unit because the walls are so thin.

IF YOU STILL DECIDE TO LIVE HERE AND AVOID MY MANY WARNING SIGNS, PLEASE LIVE ON THR 3RD FLOOR !

Nice - Paying for broken ammenities

The apartment itself is very nice and so are the people at the front desk. Unfortunately, the amenities never work - car wash (a hose with a kink and vacuum that never works), the pool is closed in the summer due to kids using the bathroom, the gym never gets cleaned always dirty with trash, no one cleans up after their dogs, trash up all the stairs to the apartments, trash valet is picky and does not take boxes - and they will report you. The apartment will fine you but then never tell you... until it happens 3-4 times (by then over $150 in fines). They send out forms about how you will be fined but nothing gets done about the constant dog waste around the apartments or fixing amenities.

I like it here

I have lived here for about 2 years. My husband is getting transferred to South Carolina in April or I would be signing another lease. Its a nice place and near by a lot. The staff is sweet too.

Rent Elsewhere. Save Your Time

We have been living here for almost two years, and our experience living here has been horrific. The place was not bad under the previous management, but it has truly taken a. turn for the worst since being bought out by RK properties in 2021. We live in the most expensive floorpan here, and our unit is literally falling apart. The grounds are dirty because they do not enforce the policy requiring dog owners to pick up after their dogs.

There is a lot of turnover in management and other staff...
because they are rude and incompetent. Also, residents' packages are frequently lost or stolen.

Save yourself time, money, and a headache by renting something much nicer for the same price in this area.

Best choice

We searched for over a month to find a place that felt like “home” they were all nice but just didn’t have that “extra” needed to make a year commitment until we met Angel. He made us feel like we could spend years to come here. It is by far the best choice we’ve made!
