Reserve at Providence Apartments

Not impressed I was told conflicting information that wasted my time. I can see an upgraded 2 bd townhouse and was shown a model on the second fl. Then I was told that there weren't any upgrades available. Accurate information helps you and me make things simpler during this stressful process. The property was not clean we had to drive to the apartment when usually they have gold carts. It just did not seem well kept and the office personal did not seem excited to show a potential unit.

We have had a huge whole in our ceiling for over a year now that was caused by the roof leaking and despite the multiple maintenance request and even reporting to Charlotte Meck Code enforcement, the problem has not been resolved. The property management doesn't care about their tenants they won't have pest control treat all of the units for bugs and now because of this we have roaches despite us keeping a clean apartment. The pest control company has mentioned that they asked to be able to... spray all of the units but were told "no". This is crazy because all of the pipes are connected so an infestation in one apartment cauaes problems in all of them. If my son wasn't graduating this year and finding affordable living in Charlotte wasn't hard I would move. This will be my last year here. Read More

Poor maintenance I have lived in my apartment for 15 years. I am now considering signing a new lease. It is due next month. Recently I have been getting fed up with the maintenance department. They don't speak English you try to explain something and they don't understand. Recently I had an issue with a door falling down and a plug in A bathroom sink which was no longer connected to the rod. I called several times no response. I went on line and put that request into the system. No response I... put it in again no response. I've been having a lot of issues with my refrigerator. I have called three times no response. I called the maintenance office and I called the leasing office no response. I like the location in Charlotte where I live, but there are two other brand new buildings on the same street in about a mile. Read More

Excellent, and prompt service Angie was extremely helpful. She provided us with prompt service and was very friendly. Great experience.

Amenities / maintenance There are no gym hours posted. I can’t get in to use the computers I can never access the amenities I pay for after work. I can’t access it on weekends. How do you plan if the hours are not specified? Over the time I have been here maintenance has been a nightmare. Either they come days later, or they complain if there is an after hour emergency.
