The collective is great. Its one of the best apartment communities Ive lived in. Brittany and the staff are responsive and the amenities are top tier. I love it here.

Everything has been wonderful so far...Ive only been here for 1month so may be too early too tell. The residents that I have come across have been friendly. The leasing agents have been very friendly and responsive to my concerns. Love the location being that we are in the Noda. My neighbors on my floor are pretty quiet too....definitely a plus!
