Best apartments to live in

Been living here for a year now and I absolutely love it! The staff is very friendly and is always willing to fix whatever issue you may have. The maintenance guys are always on top of fixing stuff. Very friendly family living community!!

UNSAFE & horrible management

My family moved here about 5 to 6 months ago they had a move in special then they started making up reasons to add on things to make the rent higher then they told us it would be. No cameras and that’s absolutely absurd for the price of the apartment well I’m sorry “luxury apartment” there was a series of car break ins over the summer of 2023 and there was no camera footage to catch the criminals.A poor family’s child was also attacked by a dog over the summer as well and management couldn’t... care less she acted as if the victims were burdens it was so sad to watch.

Not what it appears to be!

I moved my family into this "Luxury Apartment" complex based on what I was told during my tour. I was told that the community is smoke-free. It is not!! Supposedly you are not to smoke in any of the apartments or common areas. Well, the area around the parking lot, where all of the grassy spots are for the dogs to relieve themselves, are common areas, and the staff decided to make those smoking areas!! I was under the belief that the WHOLE campus is smoke free. Depending on where your... apartment overlooks, you get the pleasure of seeing a bunch of smokers that look like they are waiting for a bus!

Another issue with Stallings Mill is that the office staff do not make everyone adhere to the rules, including themselves or if you are buddies with them. The staff utilize the amenities as if they live here! They bend many rules for themselves or friends. They put on different activities every now and then, with the latest being the Annual Pool Party. It was more for themselves than the residents, go to the Facebook page and check out the pictures! The staff are in more of them than anyone else.

You can go and complain about the noise, or the trash being left around, or the pool parties that take place even though there are not supposed to be any, but they do NOTHING about it. One of the staff members even stopped by a party that was taking place and said nothing!! Of course they will send out an email telling the residents what is and is not allowed, but they do not enforce any of it.

Then there is the occasional balcony inspections. What a joke! There should be inspections everyday. At any given time you can walk around the buildings and see boxes on balconies, bikes being stored, towels hanging over the railings, trash bags left out and dogs being left unsupervised.

This is NOT my idea of "Luxury."

beautiful apartments with great amenities!

we’ve lived here for the last several months while we looked for a house. gotta tell you, this is the nicest apartment and community in which i’ve ever had the privilege to live. our apartment (a two br/two bath) is GORGEOUS. granite countertops, amazing flooring, and a really spacious layout make for extremely comfortable living.

the saltwater pool, well-stocked gym, and game room are all quite nicely appointed, with state of the art features in the gym. the office staff here is so friendly...
and accommodating, and they really seem to care about their tenants.

also, HUGE shoutout to the maintenance crew, who are available to help with just about any fix-its needed, whenever you need them.

stallings mill really is luxurious living!
