NO PARKING HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

moved in to Clemmons Station 24 days ago with very high hopes as it seemed really nice! I'm happy with the apartment. I am not happy with the parking!!! In 24 days I have had NO PARKING 8 DAYS now! 2 of those days I had to walk 3 buildings over to get to my building, one of those nights was in the rain. I leave in the morning and come home late at night. By the time I arrive all the spaces are full. My building has 8 units with 18 parking spaces and 3 handicap spaces. These are 2 bedroom... apartments which means each unit should have 2 guaranteed spaces which should account for 16 spaces total for residents and 2 for guest. The bad thing is some of these days even the handicap spaces are also full with no handicap users currently in the building. I reached out to the leasing office (Kia) which told me she was sympathetic. She also told me her hands were tied because the spots were not marked. Kia has been very Nice however there has been no emails gone out to remedy the situation or flyers put on doors to at least try to remedy the situation for residents parking in the wrong spots. I pointed to the contract that was signed. She told me to email the property manager and corporate. I have been emailing Rose P. (property manager) and Sue L. (corporate) since 9-21-20 neither of these Westdale employees have decided to return a call or message and today is 9-26-20. I have sent numerous messages through the leasing office. I called Kia at the leasing office and she seemed surprised that Rose P. had had not gotten back to me! I called Kia on 9-25-20 at 3pm and ask that Rose P. call me before the end of the day, Kia stated again she would give her the message, again Kia seemed surprised that Rose had not been in touch with me. After reading the reviews I dont know if I'm surprised. I called the sister companies trying to get a number for corporate and no one will give a number and I was told by the sister company GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET THEM TO CALL YOU BACK! THIS ISSUE IS MORE THAN ABOUT PARKING!!!! THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE FOR ANYONE HAVING TO WALK AT NIGHT ESPECIALLY AT 11PM OR LATER AT NIGHT!!!!! I am completely outraged at the fact that this company is not holding the the legal binding contract to keep their residents safe!!!!! I pay to be able to park in front of my building for safety and peace of mind!!!!

Not up to par

I lived here for a few years. The maintenance is horrible. The landscaping needs work. The dumpster was always overflowing with trash. I would not recommend this place to anybody. The management only seems to care about money.

RUN

I have reached out to management for over 6 months about my water bill being over 70$ and then all of a sudden they change my water meter and now its under 20$.Obviously this was the fault of complex. Nobody will call me or email me back and when I go to the leasing office they tell me I have wait for Rose, who is never there. Nobody should be treated like this. Save yourself peace of mind and find somewhere else.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

Worst complex ever, cheaply made. Maintenance does not care, RAT INFESTED!! Sweet lady working in office but she can’t handle all these problems, a/c goes out a lot holes in walls, extermination does not come often enough

Not as advertised

Clemmons Stations Apartments formerly Hampton Corner is a joke. Over the last 2 years they have gone up on rent $100. per renewal. each year. The exercise room the equipment is out dated and broken for the last 5 yrs. There is no coffee bar or business center. Water is not included it is at least an additional $30 each month. Dumpster is always filled beyond capacity trash and furniture always full cause rats & snakes in the area. The buildings exteriors are filthy. Haven’t been power washed... in 2 yrs. Management changed at least every six months. Maintenance is slow with repairs. Huge amounts of dog poo everywhere. Yet they go up each lease renewal $100. each year. Nothing warrants such a large increase in rent.
