Quantity is great. Nice quiet residential area in proximity to shopping areas like Target and Burlingtons. The staff and neighbors are friendly and dependable.

Had to turn in a maintenance request my first night and it was taken off the very next morning. Kim is amazing and I'm so happy with my new home!

Kim is nothing short of amazing!! Excellent communication, so very personable and professional. She really went above and beyond to get us into the perfect place!! Not only is the neighborhood lovely but the homes are roomy, sophisticated and full of conveniences. Plus the neighborhood has everything you could possibly want and need. Even with the location in town, it's still quiet and peaceful. I recommend Century at Afton Ridge 10/10!!

i don't have any issues with the property or management at this time. I know some other properties has many issues but I am happy here. Looking forward to the new portal for tenant's.
