Lodge at Southpoint Apartments

We are entering our 6th year and our experience has been top notch. The apartment meets all our needs as we are in our golden age. We wish we can use some of the amenities but, are physically getting more limited. The management team and maintenance teams are friendly and very responsive to us. We want to especially mention the Maintenance worker, Nick, for his friendly, helpful manner. We have no desire to move to any other community.

I was upset that when I moved into the apartment there were a lot of dirty places, cobwebs, and it also smelled like cat urine :(

The move in process was very easy, quick, and smooth. The staff were very kind and kept in contact with me days leading up to the move in. The actual community itself is clean, quiet, and creates a safe atmosphere.

If you've had trouble at other apartment complexes with maintenance, you won't have it here. The maintenance staff is wonderful. The office staff goes above and beyond their duties to be knowledgeable and helpful.

Lodge at Southpoint has a welcoming community overall. Upon moving in there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention. The leasing office is more than helpful and everything was completed in a timely manner. Courtney was my go to girl in the office and her level of professionalism, exquisite. Eric is part of the maintenance team here, and what a gem. Very clean, professional, and I felt safe & heard while he completed the task at hand. So far so good!
