Staff and maintenance team are AWESOME

This was my second time moving back here. Although I had some personal rough time and had to downgrade the office staff has been nothing but caring and very helpful in every way. Yes they are older apartments but the maintenance team has never been no more then 24 hours fixing the issues. One of reasons I chose to move back when the time came. They listens to your concerns and address the issues immediately and I’m grateful for that. Only thing they need to install cameras on property for... safety reasons like if one is having to come home late from work and hold the tenants accountable for leaving trash around the dumpster areas. Nice place to live so close to everything.

Problem Place

It’s not even week 1 and now there’s no electricity. These buildings are very old so there are lots of issues. Not sure why anyone would move except for the location and price. Otherwise anywhere else in this area is more pricey. Please do not move here. Good reviews are probably from the leasing staff

Good Price

Currently live in a two bedroom townhome here and love the actual unit. It is spacious and cheap and the staff is friendly. Maintenance requests are usually completed quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that the neighbors living here are shady. At least two of my nearby neighbors make me feel uncomfortable as a single female . A lot of staring and constantly trying to get my phone number or go out when they are both in relationships (the wives/gfs live with them!) doesn’t make me feel... very safe. I also constantly am hearing banging/ yelling from the neighbors on the right side of me (not sure what is going on there). I recently have also heard gunshots too. Other than that the apartments themselves are nice but if you are a young single person probably not the best place since the entire complex has kids running all over in the streets and constantly in the pool during the summer (pretty sure one of them keyed my car too). If you are a family and don’t mind kids here is a good place.

Worst Place.

If you move here you'll have a lot of insect and pests problems. And a lot of water damage

Buildings full of roaches

This place looks good week one. By week 2 you will discover that the steps a top floor is super noisy. Roaches poured from the apartment next to me, no matter how many times the exterminator came. My apartment was broken into while my daughter and I were there. Police told me there had been about 5 other break ins that month. Office staff is ok, apartments are disgusting in disguise! Do not waste your time, or money!!! Upstairs was always hot!!! Is it possible to rate no stars?!!!
