Where do I even start with this place. I have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been by far the most difficult place I have ever dealt with. When me and my wife first moved in it was okay at best. The management did not seem very engaged with this community and trying to submit work orders was a nightmare. Then after only living here a few months the gate stopped working and has yet to be fixed(one of the attractions of the apartment). The inside of the apartment is extremely outdated and... not worth the rent that is charged. Near the end of September the apartment replaced our hot water heater and did not tell us before hand that they would do so which led to me and my wife having no hot water for almost a whole day. Not even a week after that happened I was greeted by a fireman telling me to evacuate my building due to a gas leak that was caused by the hot water heaters. After talking to the FD, they said that the hot water heaters were installed incorrectly or were not the right heaters for our buildings. Me and my wife had not hot water for approximately 3 weeks and the only thing the apartment did to remediate their mistake was a $150 credit. Then during all of this my account displayed a $1,105 credit after I had paid my September rent. When I called the office about it they said it looked like I had paid twice and I would be fine for October. October came around and I checked my account and it said I owed 1,160 dollars, because I "did not pay my rent in October". I went to the office and was told that someone else had deposited a check and that was why it showed. Not once did they call me to tell me this. I would strongly avoid living here.

Do not consider!!

Everything in my apartment is outdated. Maintenance request seems to get ignored. It looks like a dog was chewing on the bottom of the kitchen cabinets and in the living room. Rent is increasing but nothing is getting fixed.

Look Elsewhere

First off, the leasing office is stellar. Wonderful to deal with. Everything else is beyond sub-par.

The maintenance team is beyond an embarrassment. My ceiling has extensive water damage, and it has taken me contacting everyone all the way up to corporate in order for them to consider calling a contractor. The water has been pouring on my personal items and damaged them. It has been 2 months since I first submitted a work order and an email.

They haven't updated their appliances, up to and...
including the HVAC system. If you enjoy your apartment being a sauna, maybe it's the right place for you, otherwise look forward to 78°F. Once again, they cut so many corners and don't repair broken things.

The quality of craftsmanship of the interior is disturbing, my 13 year old niece could do better with plastic tools.

The property isn't properly maintained, the trees are overgrown, parking lot is old and isn't cleaned, and even the pool is filled with algae.

Don't waste your time here. Look elsewhere that you'll actually get your money's worth. These are overpriced for the quality of upkeep and quality of the complex.
