Timber Woods Apartments

My husband and I moved from our last apartment to this one in April of 2024. At our last apartment, the Property Manager and Leasing Agents were extremely rude and even messed up our move-out process. This is not the case at Timber Woods. Cindy is the kindest Property Manager I have met throughout my time living in apartments. The complex is pet-friendly, which is important to us since we have two dogs. Timber Woods has monthly Bark Box giveaways, and our dogs have been showered with love and... treats by the staff and our neighbors. The neighbors are kind as well-- again, at our last complex, this was not the case. People are friendly and not intrusive in your personal space. The maintenance also works hard, and anytime we have had a minor issue, it is fixed almost immediately. We love our renovated unit! Having the granite countertops and wood floors is so nice. Not to mention the excellent price and fact that they are military friendly too, also important to us since my husband is in the Army. The prior low-star reviews are from a while ago under different management, so I would disregard them if you are looking into Timber Woods. This is my first apartment and I love it so much. The people around here are friendly. It’s such a quiet neighborhood. Everyone is made me feel welcome. The gym is small but it’s very nice. It makes you feel like you come to your dream home come check it out for sure, Cindy is amazing, she listens and is very understanding.

I have been here for almost 3 years. I have seen alot of changes but Cindy with Chandler Residential has made this property the best! They have really improved this neighborhood, I highly recommend. My apartment has been the best for space and location

Since moving in here I have not been disappointed! The first week we made management aware of any issues we found and within the same week all issues were resolved! My last apartment took weeks to deal with any maintenance issues, so I was very happy with them coming within a few days! The apartments are very spacious and I love my new kitchen with plenty of space to cook! Cindy made this experience so smooth and easy! I am so grateful for having the opportunity to stay here!

Saw these apartments and was very impressed upon first sight. When walking inside the office we were greeted by perhaps one of the most professional, relatable, and easy to work individual I have met in a long time. My heart and thanks go out to Cindy who took the time to professionally guide my finance and I into a space that, in my opinion, was meant for us. With professional maintenance and management available I cannot thank Timber Wood apartments enough.
