Mismanagement at its finest
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this apartment complex. Originally I was looking forward to moving in here, and completed all the necessary paperwork and paid the associated fees. I was told the unit would be available in mid June, we're now almost 2 months past and they've attempted no contact for a status update. I've driven 2.5 hours to show up at the office to get a status update only to be told that there wasn't one, and what I did hear showed a level of mismanagement I'm glad I didn't... have to suffer through with an actual lease.
I've terminated the application and requested a refund based on the inconvenience and misrepresented nature of this unit and they've responded by blaming me, so at this point I CANNOT RECOMMEND this complex at all.
