How Is This Rating Determined?

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE

I have been here since 2021 and couldn't be happier. It's well lit, quiet, safe, close to White Oak shopping center and restaurants. The Office Staff have been very kind and helpful when I needed something or had a question. The Maintenance staff has been quick to respond and are also very professional and polite. The grounds are well kept. Highly recommend.

Run!! Don’t live here!

I had the worst experience while living here for nearly two years.
We were unsafe! The neighbors cars were being broken into all the time. Several times we were woken up in the middle of the night to someone turning our door handle(other neighbors had it happen the same nights, found out through the community message board)
The staff is great until you sign your lease. The neighbors are noisy with loud music late into the night, the smell of pot filled my apartment on a regular basis, the puppy...
German shepherd upstairs was so loud, finding a parking spot was difficult…
I could go on. I’m just glad we are out! I didn’t mind paying the $2k to break my lease. I was beyond ready to escape!

Its a good location for me as far as work goes but thats about it. It costs more than one whole paycheck for me to live here and I have a decent paying job.
